About the Role

Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The position of Ground Keeper on any Rose Acre complex shall handle the outdoor upkeep

and maintenance of the farm grounds and all buildings on site. Primary duties will include seasonal mowing and trimming,

landscaping, painting, and cleaning. Throughout the year, the Ground Keeper will assist farm managers with repairs

needed on stairs, chicken house landings, fan brackets, and other areas on the exterior of the farm that require

attention. Because the duties of this job change weekly, the Ground Keeper must be prepared to cross-train in other farm

operations, such as processing and working in the houses, to ensure full-time employment. All duties are to be performed
