Utility Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Overview Provides services in complete building and grounds maintenance for all facilities to which assigned. Duties
include the maintenance and minor repair of related equipment. Position Responsibilities Plan and design appropriate
method for which maintenance is to be done Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities, including exterior and
interior walls, ceilings, floors, etc. May be required to perform maintenance of associated grounds Order needed
materials for maintenance projects Operate related equipment as assigned May be required to perform manual labor tasks
that require the lifting and carrying of objects weighing twenty-five (25) pounds or more Perform pre-operational
