About the Role

Driver Supervisor Driver Supervisor serves as a liaison between school administrators, bus drivers, support staff, and

families to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely transportation of students. This role manages driver performance and

assignments, provides technical and behavioral guidance, and steps in to operate a bus route when needed. Ensures

compliance with district policies, state regulations, and safety standards while promoting effective communication and

problem resolution across stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Three years in student transportation, or related field

preferred. Strong computer, organizational, and oral and written communication skills. Work effectively with all
