About the Role

Operations and Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $25–$35/hr Reports To: Director of Pre-Construction Travel: Up to 75%

(company-paid lodging, transportation, and per diem) Position Summary The O&M Technician supports operational

maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of installed solar and electrical systems. This

includes routine inspections, system diagnostics, minor repairs, replacement of components, and maintenance tasks for

rooftop or ground-mount solar arrays and associated electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform regular

inspections of solar arrays — mechanical mounts, modules, grounding, wiring, conduit, inverters, disconnects, etc.
