About the Role
Senior Maintenance Technician Classification: Non-Exempt The Senior Maintenance Technician performs non-specialized
maintenance of the facility and its equipment, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and maintenance policies,
and and back-up to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role partners with plant personnel to identify, repair, and improve
equipment performance, and informally leads the maintenance team through coaching and hands-on demonstration. We measure
success through the safe, cost-effective operation of the facility and equipment, and we operate our wastewater systems
and power plant equipment. You Will: Informally lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and coaching
