School Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Position Summary Keeps interior and surrounding exterior of school district buildings in a well maintained, safe and

orderly condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to general carpentry,

plumbing, and electrical work. Operates various types of equipment, tools, and testing devices. Also, may be asked to

with school snow removal. Use of Work Order system (iPad) to track repairs and labor hours to make repairs. The ability

to drive a company vehicle. Supervisory Responsibilities None Knowledge, Special Skills and Experience Required or

Desired * Valid Driver's License * Physical abilities include standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, balancing
