About the Role
Elwood Staffing - 1205 North Wayne Street - Responsibilities: Set up and operate robotic welding machines to meet daily
production requirements; Load parts, adjust fixtures, and verify programs before production runs; Monitor weld quality
and perform routine inspections throughout the shift; Troubleshoot basic machine or weld issues and document findings;
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
