About the Role

Position Overview The Rigging General Foreman leads field execution for complex heavy lift and rigging operations on

industrial construction projects. This role oversees multiple crews and foremen, ensuring work is performed safely, on

schedule, and in alignment with project specifications. The General Foreman plays a key role in planning, coordination,

and daily field leadership across equipment setting, crane operations, and specialty rigging systems. Location Location:

Eli Lilly project site in Lebanon, IN. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate for the duration of the project.
