About the Role

Assembling - the process of assembling fiberglass parts. Assembler must meet the following criteria: Completion of

appropriate training certification Have a consistent and proven attendance record Must be able to assemble within

quality and quantity standards Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times Practice a favorable working environment

with all employees Properly maintain all tools and fixtures Use materials/supplies fully with minimal scrap Any

violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in the loss of operator's status (job level) Assembler must be

able to meet the physical demands/abilities as outlined in worksteps procedure Assembler must meet the following
