Part Time Groundskeeper For Apartment Community

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of

a residential apartment community. This part‐time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping outdoor and

common areas welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff. Hours/Days per week are flexible 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities Maintain landscaping and outdoor common areas, including walkways, entryways, parking areas,

courtyards, and recreational spaces. Perform routine litter pickup and keep grounds free of debris. Assist with basic

lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, watering, and seasonal cleanup as needed. Monitor exterior areas for
