About the Role

Overview HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Non-Craft Welder. The Non-Craft Welder is responsible for

maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining professional working relationships with co-workers, and

performing welding duties throughout the shop. Audits and observes to ensure our product meets or exceeds quality

standards. Owns Quality Control compliance for their assigned working area. Responsible for all welding duties

throughout the shop utilizing types of welders including but not limited to MIG welders, arc welders and plasma cutting

torches to perform all aspects of welding duties both within the welding shop and throughout the factory on an as needed
