Night Shift Dispatcher/customer Service

About the Role

The dispatcher schedules, coordinates, dispatches, and monitors Badger units within a defined region following national

processes and procedures. This role requires the flexibility to work nights and weekends. Manages dispatch calendar

(Google calendar, etc.) Manages daily dispatch activities (availability and time approval by Branch Manager (BM),

dispatching closest trucks, etc.) Answers central dispatch phone line in a timely and professionally Processes requests

from existing (standard) customers Education: high school diploma or GED ~Excellent clerical and organizational skills

to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel ~ Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties,
