About the Role

Hazardous Waste/Material Handler Provides hands-on field support for the Hazardous Waste (HW) Management Program under

RCRA. Executes hazardous and Explosive Hazardous Waste (EHW) containerization, profiling, shipment, and disposal

activities to maintain Government compliance at generation, accumulation, storage, and treatment locations. Supports a

high-volume program managing approximately 120 tons of HW shipped off-site annually, including operations associated

with the Central Storage Facility and permitted treatment units such as APE 1236, the Contained Detonation Chamber

(CDC), and OB/OD operations. Estimated Starting Salary Range for Hazardous Waste/Material Handler (HWH): Pay
