About the Role
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned
preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of
plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors: interior and exterior, water heater, and painting. Union: SEIU Local 73 Pay:
$20.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary
based on applicants experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. For information
