About the Role

Machine Operator Location: Indianapolis, IN. Pay: $21/hr Shift: 2nd- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 3rd- 10:30 PM-7:00

AM (Sunday-Thursday) Key Responsibilities Operate up to 4 production machines simultaneously. Perform tooling changes

using hand and power tools. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality gauges. Move materials and

keep production lines running efficiently. Track materials, batch numbers, and production records. Follow safety,

quality, and manufacturing procedures. Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments. Perform repetitive

lifting, pushing, and material handling tasks. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience.
