3rd Shift: 9:50PM to 6:00AM Job Summary: The Scaler is responsible for correctly scaling and weighing the proper
ingredients for the specified dough mixture that is scheduled for production in the Mixing department. This position
exists to ensure the utmost quality of all products being produced and packaged at the plant. Essential Functions: Check
