About the Role

Home every night. Real miles, real stops, and a pay structure that adds up on paper the same way it does in your bank

account. This position is built for drivers who want consistency without giving up their evenings. Home daily, every

night Shifts average 8 hours, starting between 4 PM and 2 AM depending on the day 1 set weekend day off every week, plus

a floating weekday off during the slower season Reefer freight, mostly groceries in dual and tri-temp trailers All

driver unload, pallet jack with some hand unloading 0.90 per mile (includes $0.15/mile bonus), plus $20 per stop and $35

per load $Sign-on bonus up to $7,500, paid out over your first year on the job At least 6 months of verifiable tractor
