Kit Builder / Packager

About the Role

Kit Builder / Packager Location: Indianapolis, IN. Pay: $18.50/hr Shift: 3rd- 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (Rotating 2/2/3 schedule)

Key Responsibilities Pick items and build kits using a computer-guided picking system. Follow screen instructions to

locate and package products accurately. Label completed kits and place them on conveyors for shipment. Verify kit

accuracy and packaging requirements. Pack finished products for carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Assemble custom or

specialty kits by hand when needed. Maintain production pace while ensuring quality standards. Keep work areas clean,

organized, and safe. Required Qualifications Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
