About the Role

Thompson Electrics is seeking a high-level Lead Electrician (Technician 2) to run industrial and commercial electrical

projects in the field. This role is responsible for leading crews, executing complex installations, interpreting prints,

and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You are the point of accountability

on-site—owning execution, quality, and productivity. Keeps crews productive and aligned with project goals Accurately

interprets prints and adapts to field conditions Maintains strong safety and quality standards Communicates effectively

with project managers and other trades Mentor helpers and junior electricians Advanced Conduit Installation Measure,
