About the Role
Working as a member of the Maintenance Dept., the Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining and making
necessary repairs throughout the facility. There are two levels of Facilities Technicians (I and II) at Barletta,
dependent upon an individual’s specialized skills, abilities, certifications, and / or education. Conduct routine
inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems; Provide
accurate estimates of any repairs neededPerform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to equipment, machinery, and
building structures.Maintain and repair welders, hand and power tools, hoists, saws and various other equipment.Respond
