Groundskeeper For Apartment Community

About the Role

Looking to hire a full-time groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness and functionality of our apartment communities in

Clarksville, Jeffersonville, and New Albany, Indiana. The largest, River Chase Apartments, has over 450 apartments on a

40-acre campus. This is a full-time position, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with 1 hour daily for lunch. Duties Consistently

maintain a neat and clean appearance of the property by picking up trash on grounds daily and ensuring common areas

around entrances, leasing office/pool area/laundry room, curbs, sidewalks, and streets are always clean. Pull weeds,

plant flowers, trim shrubs, etc. as required during season. Assist in trashing out vacant apartments and perform
