About the Role

Part-time Renewing Management has been restoring hope by transforming communities across Indiana for over 20 years. The

Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance, cleanliness, and overall wellbeing of the

apartment community. This role includes grounds maintenance, common area upkeep, and valet trash collection services to

ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes

pride in maintaining community standards. Perform snow removal/salting and landscaping services as needed. When

residents leave behind belongings and/or trash, move items to storage or dispose of as directed. Clean the property
