About the Role

Job Summary The Facilities & Maintenance team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and

community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you'll be responsible for

impacting daily groundskeeping operations at one of our luxury apartment communities. Perform necessary landscaping

tasks, including tending to green spaces, weeding, mulching, or landscaping beds, sweeping and power washing stairwells

and other common areas, and shoveling snow on walkways during inclement weather. Perform tasks to ensure upkeep and curb

appeal to the community, such as maintaining cleanliness of pet waste stations and performing pet waste removal, trash
