About the Role
Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform MIG/TIG welding on metal components following blueprints and production
specifications; Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and make adjustments as needed; Set up and operate welding
equipment and tools safely and efficiently; Grind, clean, and finish welded parts to meet final product requirements;
Work with team members to complete projects on time and maintain workflow
