About the Role As a Facility Maintenance Technician supporting a life sciences client, you will play a key role in
ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical facility systems. In this position, you will be
responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a variety of building systems,
including electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure. This role follows a Monday-Friday first shift
schedule, with participation in an on call rotation to support after hours or emergency maintenance requirements. What
