Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Dispatcher Dispatcher coordinates daily transportation and delivery operations by scheduling routes, assigning drivers,

and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time, compliant service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for

drivers and internal/customer teams, resolves issues in real time (delays, exceptions, equipment needs), maintains

accurate documentation in dispatch systems, and supports safe, efficient workflow across the operation. Work together

with Drivers and Management to create the most effective delivery routes and delivery schedules to maximize driver

efficiency. Manage busy inbound and outbound phone volumes with drivers, customer service and other World Courier
