About the Role

Dispatcher Job Babila Logistics are seeking a reliable and well-organized dispatcher with Amazon DSP experience to

manage dispatch operations, support drivers, and ensure smooth daily delivery activities. Coordinate and oversee daily

dispatch operations, including route assignments and driver check-out/check-in. Monitor delivery progress using Amazon

systems such as Cortex and Flex, and provide real-time support to Delivery Associates (DAs). Ensure all drivers adhere

to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor driver behavior, including speeding, harsh

braking, and distractions, using telematics tools, and provide coaching as needed. Track and report key performance
