LEAD DRIVER

The Lead Driver plays a critical leadership role within Operations by providing safe, efficient, and reliable hauling

services while supporting daily route execution across assigned territories. This position acts as a working

leadperforming driving duties while also serving as the primary resource for route guidance, new driver training,

equipment support, and communication between drivers, dispatch, and operations leadership. The Lead Driver ensures
