Driver

About the Role

Driver-Operator Operates department vehicles and equipment to remove snow, ice, garbage, limbs and debris from City

streets and property. Transports paving materials to/from work sites. Clean, maintain and secure all equipment as

directed by policies and procedures. Essential duties and responsibilities: Other related duties may be assigned.

Operate vehicles in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of

life. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks. Meet deadlines while maintaining safe equipment operations. Plows

snow and removes ice from City streets and right of ways. Drives vehicles that haul brush/leaf/limbs for removal. Drives
