About the Role
Fleet Mechanic Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair DPF, DEF, and SCR systems with high diagnostic accuracy. Utilize
advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify root causes and prevent repeat failures. Oversee and perform
preventive maintenance on fleet and equipment to reduce unplanned downtime. Identify trends in equipment failures and
recommend corrective or preventive actions. Support maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure operational
continuity. Ensure accuracy and completeness of maintenance documentation and work orders. Essential Skills ~5+ years of
diesel technician experience, preferably in fleet, heavy equipment, or industrial environments. ~ Advanced knowledge of
