Cnc Machinist
About the Role
Responsibility Machinists program CNC machines to blueprint requirements and set up the machine to begin manufacturing
process of the part. Machinists load materials into CNC machines to be shaped. Once the cutting operation is performed
the machinist inspects the fabricated part to ensure it matches specifications. Machinists are responsible for cleaning
and maintaining equipment and may operate multiple machines at any given time. Job Duties Program machine using SolidCam
with help of lead CNC machinist to specifications of part blueprint Set up machine to begin manufacturing process Load
materials into CNC machines lifting up to 50 pounds consistently Gauge parts to verify that they meet specification
