About the Role
Bus Driver/Activity Assistant The Community Bus Driver/Activity Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of
life for residents by providing safe transportation to appointments, outings, and community activities while also
supporting resident engagement programs and daily activities. Stamina, strength and endurance to safely transport
residents in and out of the vehicle utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie downs and lifts. Ability to provide safe and secure
travel for our residents. Supportive Presence: Create a comforting, calm and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. E. values to our residents,
