and heartfelt role in enriching the lives of residents. With warmth, patience, and genuine care, they help create a

joyful and engaging environment where seniors feel seen, heard, and valued. Being able to truly connect with residents,

understanding their emotional and social needs. Teamwork : The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care

for our residents. Cooperating closely with the care team to support residents holistically. Balancing daily schedules,

multiple residents, and activity prep. E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. High school
